Hi Paul,
Do you want actually to see the effect of interlacing on the PC screen,
or do you want to see the video as you would see it on good quality CRT
TV?
For the first option you have VirtualDub, for the second option you
have nothing, but deinterlacing filters. Please, others correct me, if
I have misunderstood the question.
