RIAA Bans The Reselling Of iPods With Preloaded Music
Although it may seem like a feasible idea, the Recording Industry
Association of America (RIAA) says that reselling an iPod or MP3 player
with music already preloaded on it is illegal.

Not that they actually can , but by being bullies on NON-legal ground ,
they will bluff their way into your fear.
In other words , don't be such a sissy. Tell the RIAA to go and die.
Become the war.

Putting a snippet of a CD track or MP3 file on your phone is actually
very straightforward -- not to mention FREE , if you already own the
song , Following is a step-by-step guide.
