The general topic of accountability opens a deluge of other applicable
topics. The argument pertains to false advertising in the private
sector; more specifically pertaining to Netflix.

You're drawing a distorted parallel. You've gleaned a VERY general
comparison between two phenomenon (gov't is misleading & netflix is
misleading). Therefore we are wrong for not extending our argument to
the government? Very illogical and impractical given the paramters of
this topic. If this is meant as as anargument against the stance for
accountability might I remind you of the ongoing Enron trial?
