That statement confuses the issue. There is no problem with EITHER an
m100 or an r910 as long as you are using current software.

The only advantage of the m100 over the r910 or r10 is that the m100
works with a mac. You might consider paying a little more for the r10
over the r910 if you plan to use the recorder in low light [the mz-r10 is
backlit], but there is no point in paying the premium for an m10 or m100
unless you have to use it with a mac.
