At the risk of saying metoo, "Me, too". My first thought is how will the
OP get the video back from the camera? Wireless? If there's one cable,
it's kinda simple to run another. Even if there's a power run, adding an
icm/comm/PL/etc cable shouldn't be much of a hassle, esp compared to
wrangling wireless units.

Right. And if you -need- more than a couple, you need someone just to
keep an eye on them, and it's more work than 8-10 wireless mics, too.
You may also need frequency coordination, although rental houses will
often deal with that.
(FWIW, in my albeit limited experience, I've never seen more than 2-3
wireless icms, and those were above the 30-40 wired units. They had
a dedicated tech (or was it two) just for the intercom.)
