According to your broad interpretation of false advertising these
examples are infractions. However, you'd be hard pressed to find any
legal authority that would agree with you.
It appears we agree on a common point; advertising in a misleading
light is wrong.
What purpose does it serve to mention these marginal examples of false
advertising?
