Hi all. I have just had my iPod replaced as it was faulty. I have charged my
new one up but when I connect to my PC, iTunes doesn't 'see' it. When I go
to preferences, and iPod, I get the message 'no ipod connected'. Is there
something I need to do to get it to recognise my new Ipod over the old one?
I've tried a reset as suggested in the manual to no effect.
