By unlock do you mean play on a different region piece of hardware ?

Call the service department of the place where you bought it, as this is
often an under-documented and easily accessible feature.

On the other hand, if you live in North America, or in any country that has
a "Free Trade Agreement" with the USA, then what you are trying to do is
illegal and you will be prosecuted to the full extent permissable by law.
