Hey Chip,
That's a shame, the best part of the R200 is printing directly on dvd's and
cd's.
I gave away all my old type cd's and dvd's to friends, along with labels and
printing software.
I love the quality and professionalism of printing directly on a disc and
not worrying
about misaligned labels, peeling off because of humidity etc..

I had a slight annoying issue also with my cd tray not going in cause the
printer would move it from the aligned
position just before it was time to print. The solution was, either stand
there watching and quickly realign the position to the arrow as soon as the
head misaligned it or add a little hook on a chain, that now holds my caddy
from going to far back when printing and then releases as the caddy gets
pulled in, it works great now.

But might I also suggest, just buying a new printer next time you run out of
ink.
Since you can get a new one for around $90 almost the price of replacement
ink, wait till
it runs out and just get a new one instead of new ink next time. :)
