You should be using WinAmp 5.13, previous versions have security
problems.
If you are using the Classic skin at the bottom of the playlist is the
MISC button which provides sort-list. The options are sort by title, by
filename or by path-and-filename. You want sort by title but you need to
get the title in the correct format.
In options-preferences (Control-P), general prefs, titles.
Read metadata on loading.
Use advanced title fomatting.
[%artist%-%album%-%tracknumber%-%title%]
would sort each album in track order.
