I used to have two Zenith-branded JVCs and a Panasonic, all consumer
machines, all with both linear and VHS-HiFi. The Zeniths had an
elaborate set of switches to enable dubbing to & from linear & HiFi
tracks. The Panasonic was much more basic. IIRC, the Zeniths were
"VR4000s"; don't recall the Panasonic.
