Just because it isn't available in the home market for licensing reasons
doesn't remove your right to buy it in another market where it is
legitimately available.

When you're on holiday I'll bet you don't worry about consequences of buying
presents that aren't available at home.

In fact most people deliberately seek out things that aren't available as
they make more attractive presents.
