Heya Carter...

Been using MM 8.2+ now for 3 years...really enjoy it.

I haven't heard alot about JB 10 from MM...are you behind a firewall?
dial-up or high speed?
(If you are on a firewall..did you get the firewall to recognize the
connection?)

Might want to try this...if yer using multiple Media players..(can't do
anything about WMP..kinda stuck with that).....but if yer running real
player...any other media players..that you downloaded....delete them.
After you delete them, do a search on the program you just
deleted..clean out all the orphan files...

It may be a registry entry....too...thats to be considered.

Just try MM 10 first...to see if you can at least get it to recognize a
connection....and check the firewall...
