disagree. i have 865 and 4000, both of which came with half filled carts.
phoned canon and was told something along the lines of -
to protect printer from damage caused by changes in temp and air pressure
causing carts to leak. i asked if they therefore had seperate storage and
transport for carts. silence, then we'll get back to you. never did.
