It is. The ILO DVDR05 is the Cyberhome 1600.

The reason I mentioned it is because WalMart has a very liberal return
policy, a good price and new inventory because they sell so many.

Get the MU1 version and then get the latest firmware. Ask them for the
f/w that allows you to play MPEG-4 AVIs.
