Hi, wonder if anyone here can help me? We bought a Q-BE mp3 player, and it
works fine with downloaded music from the internet, but when we try to
download music from Real player or Windows Media player, computer
immediately freezes then crashes.

Secondly, when installing the cd that came with the Q-BE, computer has given
us Removable disk F and Removable Disc G! Disk F has nothing in it but
cannot remove it. Using windows 98SE but willing to upgrade to XP if
needed.

Two OAPs here, so would be grateful for plain language :)
