I don't know if this helps but if you rip your own CDs you can use a
piece of freeware software called EAC (Exact Audio Copy). It enables you
to rip the CD as one continuous track but it can also generate a CUE
sheet which indicates where all the individual track indexes are. You
can download the Winamp CUE sheet plug-in from Winamp's website. You can
then listen to the album as one continuous track but also jump to any of
the individual tracks at any time.
