It's either too wide for you fixed lens. Or, if you have a filter
between the fixed lens and the wide angle adapter, or on the wide
angle adapter, remove the filter. Or, you focus ring is rotated to the
close end.
You could zoom in a little, but then you are defeating the purpose of
the wide angle adapter.
Bummer.
