Microsoft isn't forcing people to get Windows XP. Changes in the entire
computer industry are making people upgrade to XP.

There's also the simple fact that Windows XP has been with us for five
years now and is loaded on a PC when you buy it. (And /normal/ people
upgrade at least every five years.)
