I bought today a DVD Recorder and found something about "Recording
broadcasts that allow one copy". This I found is about CPRM

So what type of programs would restrict recording on DVD? I am particularly
interested in recording sports programs, NASCAR, and such. If I can record
in DVD-RAM format only....may really restrict where I can play that back.

Anyone have some good summary info on this?
