For what it's worth, the same thing happened with Doctor Who: The City of
Death. After it was released in November the bonus disc immediately went to
Very Long Wait before eventually dropping to the Saved section. I was
finally able to get it last month. As far as I can figure, either they
underestimated demand and didn't order enough copies or a bunch of rabid
Douglas Adams fans destroyed every copy within the first week.

Incidentally, I love the extras on ATHF v.4 disc 2. Impatient me went ahead
and bought the darn thing, but I'd say it's worth waiting for.
