They got the LIVING CRAP BEATEN OUT OF THEM in the marketplace for their
disorganized and poorly-planned one-distribution-center service (while
their main competitor was networking disks all over the 48 states), bled
money without a tourniquet, and had their debt-ridden service eventually
swallowed up a year later by, erm...(let's see)...
