I've also found them very slow of late - my last package from them took two
weeks to arrive, whereas towards the end of 2005, I received one in four
days. Unfortunately, this latest package was also done by customs, the
first time this has ever happened to me in probably about 30 orders from
them over the last 2-3 years. The value was only �21 too, and I had to pay
�7.68 to get it from the sorting office, BASTARDS!!
