You're probably right. I can't think of a reason that would drive me
into bulimia nervosa unless Howard Stern called me a cow, but she does
say the pressure of the show certainly contributed toward it.

I personally don't think she had enough material to handle a full
season of any sitcom, and bunch of Jewish guys probably sat around a
table and wrote the scripts for her, and it just wasn't funny (no
knocks against Jewish men or anything). I have certain respect for
stand up comedians though, and I give them a pass before anyone because
they tend to be highly disfunctional individuals.
