The $650 includes 1000 cases (but not shipping).

No one responded to my query of last week, but in the mail today I
got a sample jewelcase from the company. It looks terrific for CDs
and CD inserts. DVDs are the same size but DVD inserts aren't, so if
you want to file your DVD in it you'll have to file the inserts
elsewhere.
