i have wma9 source code. ASF Demux inputs a complete payload to the
decoder. The decoder decodes the payload and outputs frames which
contain variable amount of samples. e.g

Decoder output

frame 2 : 768 samples
frame 2 : 1600 samples
frame 2 : 2048 samples

the sampling frequency is 44100.

My question is that why the samples/ frame is not fixed.....
