Same here, but if you don`t actually give those email addresses out,
get them filtered for automatic deletion.

Every site I have has a semi-spam-trapped email address visible as an
image - it isn`t webmaster/info/sales etc, so the rest can get to fook

If someone genuinely does want to contact me, they can simply follow
the clear instructions on my site - it`ll get straight to me.
