I noticed they were down as well and joined for the first time when they
came up. Found I could not preview any songs or actually download anything.
Indeed it seems it does not even encode the downloads since you do not get
an email about it. Have sent tons of messages and hunted around on the
internet to find out what is going on to no avail.

I don't think so - I suspect it is technical problems at their end. But at
least with others experiencing problems you know it is not something stupid
you are doing. Hope others can provide some help.
