Hi,

to cut a long story short I was using Rhapsody Website I downloaded
music over 70 Usdollars

unfortunately a lot of the tracks failed to download

I was told by there Customer Service that All Sales where Final

in other words fuck off, NO REFUND no matter what

I rang again they said to use technical support to sort out the issue I
declined as
I only just been through that already and it was no good.

they charge 00-89 cents per track

Anyone got any suggestions.
