yeah, this is common. And I think you're absolutely right. They're
starting to lose business because of their throttling so the next thing
a sleazy company does to make up for the losses is charge more for the
crappy service. Actually I think the DVD rentals by mail is still in
its infancy, you will probably ssee a couple more major companies start
up (especially with Netflix getting such a bad rap and BB already
sucking) in the next few years. I read an article recently where the
guy suggested one that offered pornos as well as regular movies would
blow the others out of the water, I wonder why it hasn't happened (or
maybe it has started somewhere, I don't know)
