It's possible from multiples to get separated and processed at different
times. (I guess)
The movie we returned on Thursday was acknowledged on Friday. I got
2 "shipping" notices.
For the one they got Fri, we'll get the next one on Saturday, for the
one they got on Thu (I mailed it SUnday), I'll get the next one on
Tuesday. So... My wifes queue will have
gone thru 2 movies in the time it took my queue to process a return and
send me another. 9 days for a turnaround when shipping is usually next
day! I hold my movies longer than my wife, too. I'm sure some sort of
throttling is afoot.
