Hi

I have used these guyts without problem for a copule of months. Rewcently
though I have had problems with a defective CD and getting them to send a
replacement.

Also the release dates of two recent orders have come and gone (including
todays Gilmour CD) without any email from them saying they have been
dispatched.

They promised to rectify the problem with the defective disc within a we but
that was a month ago.

Anyone with experience of these people, good or bad?
