You are correct. It is not V2000, which used a cassette that looked like a
VHS cassette with two separate spools side by side. What you have sounds
like the earlier N1500 from about 1972 (also known as NV1500), which was
replaced by the N1700. I'd be surprised if you find one on e-bay.
