solved a single Pinnacle problem here?

I know this might be hard for you Tony.. so I will patiently explain it
again.

I do have experience using Pinnacle products. It WAS a bad experience. It
continues to be so for most Pinnacle users. You are the lone Pinnacle
supporter in this NG. And you come off like a rank amateur.

I do enjoy pulling your chain though.
