Steve Mullen's article was designed to show just how low the actual bit-rate
of DVCPROHD is when recording 720p24.

Using Panasonic's own guidelines bank on using approx. 1 minute per GB of
DVCPROHD. Of course this figure changes if you are using a HVX-200 and
recording in its "Native" Mode which should give you approx 2.5 minutes per
GB.
