I'm assuming you have authored this program to create the vob files etc or
downloaded the collection? and they are in a folder called VIDEO_TS

Spell out exactly the menu options you are using from the time you click on
the Nero icon . A bit more detail will help.
Sometimes new users select DATA instead of DVD files but as you burnt other
episodes it may be the ifo file???

If that is the case then maybe you need to edit the .ifo files maybe there
is something awry there?
