Try Ashampoo Movie Shrink & Burn 2. It has worked pretty well for me.
Keep in mind though that to fit it onto a 4.7GB DVD, you'll be running
at about 50% of the original picture quality.
The other option is, of course, you buy a dual layer DVD burner for
your computer and use a dual layer DVD. Then you can keep the original
quality at the same time as keepin git playable on any DVD
player/DVD-ROM manufactured in the past 5 years.
