Thanks to all.

I figured out that one of the vobs was bad and re-downloaded it and now
I can get it to burn with nero. Problem now is that it plays perfectly
in PowerDVD on my box but won't load at all in the two very cheap dvd
players I have.

Could it have anything to do with it being British? or the media -
Memorex DVD-R (Ritek F1 according to DVD Identifier)?
