I decided to cancel, so I went to the web site and click cancel. It tells me
to call customer service. This is 11pm before my next billing cycle starts.
A bot answered the phone. After navigating through some voice menu, I
reached cancellation section. It tells me to cancel using the web site.

Something is wrong.
