What's the numerical value of the "effective date" the Netflix
settlement speaks of? Does anyone know? The court has not approved the
settlement yet, has it?

I clicked through the netflix settlement process only to find out that
I don't get any benefits (yet), but Netflix is already thanking me for
"returning". Bastards.
