"The Russian Police took action against ALLOFMP3.com and its owners
last month after investigation had taken place by the Computer Crimes
unit of Moscow City Police after it had received a complain by the
International Federation of the Phonographic Industries (‘IFPI’).

The owners of the website were accused of copyright infringement by
offering for sale copyright protected works without the consent of the
copyright owner.

....it now transpires that legal action will not be taken against
ALLOFMP3.com as Russian legislation only covers physical goods like
videos or DVDs and does not therefore include MP3 files."
