They may pay, but it will most likely be to the Russian Mafia - as they
certainly don't pay anything to the artistes involved.

What it tells me is that it's very hard to take action against someone
when you have no idea who that person is - they have no way to find out
the identity of the customers - and AllOfMP3 are certainly under no
obligation to cooperate and disclose information...
