Anyone else buy the BATMAN BEYOND S1 dvd set?

I noticed on mine that at the beginning of each episode, hte audio lags
the video by quite a bit. It resyncs about 20sec in, so the episode
itself is still intact, but the "From last week" or the opening
sequence is off.
