You have to allow for overhead, certain stuff has to be done to the
disk to make it into Video CD (to make it playable on dvd players).
Use Nero -- or any other similar program out there, even CD Creator
would do the trick and it probably came with your CD rewriter -- and
your problems will be solved. If necessary, compress the video just a
bit more to make it fit, you shouldn't experience much degradation.
