The AT array works fine, if you understand what it's doing and respect
its limitations.

One of the limitations is that it gets confused by off-axis echoes. So
it can only be used for exteriors.

The other is that it has five electret capsules, so it's noisy. So it
can't be used for quiet stuff.

But it's got amazing off-axis rejection - much better than a gun.
