No it does not. If Usenet had line length limits, they would be enforceable. They do not seem to be working here. Oops, Usenet must be broken again Roy.

Actually, you can post a message with any size line that you wish. There is no Usenet limit. That does not mean that the message is nice to read, it fact it makes it more difficult to read.

The Usenet limit that you are trying to enforce is actually Usenet
etiquette, something that you know absolutely nothing about. Your
ignorant and childish replies show all of Usenet just how simple
you are.
