Must it be saved on CDA format? Is this a file that must be played on
a regular Audio CD player? Otherwise, encode it to MP3 and it will
take up only a fraction of the size of the exact same CD-R. Otherwise,
use an MP3 editor to cut it in half, and then burn each onto a pair of
CD-R's. But remember, there are many reasonably priced CD players that
will play MP3 encoded CD-R's.
