And those that are region locked can often very easily be unlocked. These
people are good: www.dvdchips.co.uk (I have no connection other than as a
satisfied customer). If you want to unlock Sony, Pioneer, JVC or Panasonic
machines get the "trade" version of the unlocker, it's reusable unlike the
cheaper ones which are one-shot.
