Hi,

Excuse me for my poor english. My dvd video recorder JVC MD-DR10 is locked.
It's impossible to turn off without unplugged. I have a disc inside but the
open/close button is not operable. The screen always display "loading".
Is it possible to make a hard reset of the device. If not I think open the
case and look the mechanic (belt). May be this is the problem but I not
sure.
If someone could help me
