After several bad experiences, I am looking for a good, but cheap,
entry-level, video editing program. I would like it to do chromateen/green
screen,split screen, double exposure and if possible, frame by frame
photo-type editing/correction(red-eye,drawing, etc). It doesn't have to
perform like Star Wars-The Clone Wars (that would be fantastic). It should
be, at least, on the level of Star Trek-The Original Series.
